When do you plan the first meeting?

If it is up to us we meet as soon as possible in the process. Not only may it be required by a real estate agent it brings a lot of insight for you as well. You will get to know what the possibilities are and what this will mean for your average monthly costs.

Can I do a bid on a property after our first meeting?

Yes, it is possible to do a bid on a property after our meeting. Nevertheless we always ask you to get in touch with us to discuss the bid and to check if nothing changed in the meantime. Of course we will also discuss the conditions you can add to your bid.

I would like to schedule a meeting but the available times in the planning software do not fit in my agenda. What can I do?

It is of course possible that the available times do not suit you. Please sent an email to info@homeloan.nl with some proposals. We will check what the options are.

Why do I get 2 mails after scheduling a meeting?

The first email is the confirmation of the appointment. After we received the confirmation, we will make a customer portal and sent an invitation. Here you can upload some documents and we would like you to fill in our questionnaire. This will help to discuss all the necessary subjects.
