We had a very positive experience with our mortgage advisor. From the beginning, he was professional, helpful and always available to answer our questions. Buying a house in the Netherlands can be quite complicated, especially when you have a more complex personal situation, but he explained everything clearly and guided us through every step.

He was very proactive in communicating with the banks, finding the right solution for our mortgage and making sure everything was arranged properly.

We really appreciated his patience, transparency and personal approach. We always felt that he was genuinely working in our best interest.

Wij zijn halsoverkop bij Niels terecht gekomen op aanraden van de verkopend makelaar. Dit i.v.m. slecht advies vanuit onze vorige adviseur en het deal die dreigde te klappen. Dezelfde avond stond Niels nog op de stoep om alles door te nemen. Vanaf dat moment zijn wij continu meegenomen in het proces en heeft Niels vragen altijd snel en adequaat beantwoord. Niels heeft verstand van zaken en weet perfect wat hij moet doen om het maximale uit onze mogelijkheden te halen. De hypotheek was uiteindelijk binnen slechts 8 dagen rond, terwijl de oude adviseur hiervoor om 6 weken vroeg.
